WARRANTY
Terms for Filing Claims

Warranty Conditions
Filing a Claim
To process a claim, the following must be submitted:
the proof of purchase document or a copy thereof;
the defective part for inspection;
installation-related documents, if the defect occurred after the part was installed.
Without the necessary documents, processing the claim may not be possible.

Electric steering racks may require coding or adjustment after installation. The need for coding depends on the vehicle and the specific part.
The warranty does not cover costs related to:
installation of the spare part;
removal of the spare part;
transportation;
vehicle downtime or other indirect costs.
The warranty is void if
the spare part has been disassembled or modified by the customer;
the defect occurred due to incorrect installation;
the defect was caused by the customer or a third party's actions;
the part has sustained mechanical damage;
the part has been used improperly.
Important to Know
A new warranty period does not start for refurbished or replaced products under warranty or special agreements. The original warranty period continues according to the initial agreement.
